Participants should avoid sharing information in a recording that they do not want included in their final video.

3. Video Recording, Hosting, and Delivery

Family Tribute records, edits, and produces video content as part of the services purchased by our customers.

Completed videos are hosted using Vimeo.

Customers receive a unique Vimeo link that allows them to access and download their completed video.

​

Family Tribute generally retains completed videos for up to 90 days after the video is made available for customer download. After this period, the video may be permanently deleted from our active video storage.

Customers may also request that their video be deleted sooner after they have downloaded and saved their copy.

​

Once a customer downloads a video, the customer is responsible for safely storing and backing up that file.

4. Use of Videos and Photos for Marketing

Family Tribute does not use customer videos, photographs, interview footage, or other personally identifiable media for advertising or promotional purposes without permission.

If Family Tribute would like to use a customer's video, photograph, testimonial, or recording for marketing purposes, we will obtain separate written permission before doing so.
